Mitsubishi owners, read this first: of the grades we stock, only the 1100HG is compatible with Mitsubishi P93 / P95 printers (Mitsubishi K95H / K91HG / KP91HG equivalent). The 1100HD and 1100S are Sony-only.

Choosing Between 1100S Standard and 1100HG High-Gloss

If you run a Sony UP-895 / 897 / 898 Series printer, all three 110mm grades fit — here's how to choose. (On a Mitsubishi P93 / P95, the 1100HG is your only option.)

Choose 1100S Standard if:

You want the most economical option
You're printing routine diagnostic images
You have high-volume printing needs
Standard matte finish meets your clinical requirements

Choose 1100HG High-Gloss if:

You want enhanced image clarity and contrast
You prefer a professional high-gloss finish
You're printing patient handouts or presentation materials
Image appearance is a priority for your practice

Both papers deliver reliable diagnostic quality on the Sony UP-895 / 897 / 898 Series, so the choice there comes down to finish preference and budget. Two differences worth noting: the 1100HG roll is 110mm × 18m while the 1100S is 110mm × 20m, and only the 1100HG is also compatible with Mitsubishi P93 / P95 printers.
